Insertion Tubes

Devices that can provide practitioners with the tools they need for minimally invasive surgeries and procedures are essential in today’s world. Our Engineers follow two general manufacturing protocols when manufacturing a shaft for an Endoscopy device, this include Reflow Extrusion or Continuous Process Reinforced Extrusion. Each process comes with specific advantages in creating a single-use endoscopy device for a particular application. Our capabilities to manufacture extruded tubes range in size from 3F to 30F. Teams have extensive experience designing and sourcing the appropriate materials for both rigid and flexible tubing configurations.
