Customers can utilize their own Quality system or use our own unique and flexible QMS system to manage all aspects of the design and development process, ensuring the Endoscopy project meets the necessary FDA requirements.

Biomerics operates over 150,000 sq. ft of cleanroom space to satisfy your assembly, sub-assembly, and packaging requirements.

All Biomerics cleanrooms are ISO 13485:2016 certified.


Biomerics operates three world-class lab environments and utilizes state-of-the-art, precision-based instrumentation for an endoscope’s essential development. Our Light and Video Lab, Application Engineering Lab, and our Quality/ Metrology Labs all operate cross-functionally to support any device's needs and requirements.


Rapid prototyping is an essential element to a robust and iterative design and development process. Biomerics operates key technologies in our Engineering lab to construct simple and complex components that support and accelerate the development process and move closer towards a commercialized product with speed and agility.

Project Management

Program Managers (PM) are available at all six Biomerics facilities. Each PM becomes a single point of contact and works directly with the customer to define the project scope. PMs can access an entire network of internal engineers by interacting with our cross-functional teams, at all facilities, as part of the development process, thereby providing the insight and expertise needed to move a product through the process.
